I became inspired to create Life Management fifteen years ago while working as a paralegal in a law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. I felt inside of me there was much more to offer the world than what my formal education allowed. I began to ponder what my life's purpose was to be and what truly made me happy. The answer came very easily. All I had to do was ask myself what I enjoyed doing. This is exercise, proper nutrition, studying the human body in its many capacities to grow and heal and riding horses.

Thus, I have created Life Management, Inc. where I work one-on-one with clients in their homes and offices to facilitate exercise and other wellness programs.

I have also taken my love for horses and created a farm/retreat center called Avalon where we offer a program called "Healing With Horses" which is phenomenal and profound in its ability to help people better understand themselves and to also find their life's purpose and live their dream. Both organizations will also help you grow. Today, I still love the work of personal training in-home and the work of Avalon. I have learned from every encounter and am grateful for all that has been given to me. As my gifts, I share my insights and journeys with you.
